— collection of information on the environment

— financial objectives of the bank

— possible evolution of market and consumer behaviour

Treatment of this information to elaborate the strategy and decide upon the necessary means.

Action

The first stages are called «Strategic Marketing».

The third one is called «Operational Marketing».
